Sal is a great instructor and gave me an incredible first handgun experience. I had never held a gun before and was looking for some basic instruction and experience during a vacation in Miami Beach. The instructor Sal was very patient and informative. He went through basic knowledge and gun safety, rules for about 45 minutes and then after doing some simulations on a huge screen took us to the shooting range. He was always around and totally focused on us to make sure we were safe and knowing what we are doing on the range!

Sal really does have a unique and diverse array of skill sets. He’s not just a firearms guy – he’s also trained in first aid, wilderness survival, and even security at sea. I admire his military service ad expertise, but he doesn’t come across as intimidating or self-important. It’s always nice to train with someone who has a ton of expertise but doesn’t need to wear that on his sleeve.
