Echo Services Group’s Maritime Security Courses were all developed following the International Maritime Organization’s model course guidelines. They are all approved by the US Coast Guard, the National Maritime Center, and the United Kingdom’s Maritime and Coastguard Agency. They also meet all the applicable statutory requirements for the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers. ECHOSG-747: Security Training for Vessel Personnel

This course is for all seafarers who have security duties as part of their job – also known as Vessel Personnel with Designated Security Duties (VPDSD).

ECHOSG-575: Training for Security Officers

This ISPS Security Officer course combines the theoretical and practical training required to carry out duties as a vessel security officer or company security officer, as required by international maritime security standards.
